network, blue conductor, soldering

I have a persistent network problem and someone made a comment about a BLUE CONDUCTOR which could be damaged, distorted or something I can't be sure what he meant. But I do indeed find the position of two very tiny islands of blueish projections near the antenna connector which appear to be intact but they are separate; I don't know, are they suppose to be connected because it's like I heard someone also mentioning soldering them

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Do you have any link to the original statement about the Blue Connector?

The guide for '(D) Display Assembly'.

Sorry, it is even Blue Inductor not Blue conductor as I have previously mentioned. In Step 11: you will see a bluish item downward and to the left of the iPod opening tool held by the repairer and the screw at the lower left edge. I have also come to observe that there is an empty socket between the Blue inductor and that screw at the lower left edge, which I cannot figure out what actually attaches to it but it did not seem to be of much trouble to me as it appears to have been left empty by Apple, though I am wondering why.
