Please give us the last three figures of your serial number (located in the battery compartment) so we know which machine you have and we can direct you to the correct guide to repair your machine yourself and save you some bucks. That's what we do here, we show you how to be independent and fix things yourself.

someone wrote me that if submit the serial number on the battery they would help find manual to repair it myself.

not the serial number on the battery, the serial number that is located in the battery compartment, where the battery should be.
