Replace logic board LCD connector?

Hi, I got my hands on a water damaged 4th gen. I had no problems opening it, but off with the LCD connector came the mount from the logic board. If I am able to clean the unit of corrosion and rust, and I am able to get it to start, is it possible for me to replace this mount? I'd hope there would be a simple part with solder on it so I could just heat it and have it back on the board... let me know what you think!
