So new phone home button doesn’t click?
So background got this new IPhone 7 and was told that the screen was replaced but the home buttons doesn’t work and so I turned it on (after updated to iOS 12.3) and welp… did nothing it booted but the screen didn’t respond and home button didn’t click, so I opened it and loose screw missing screws on the side of the screen but don’t know much else other than getting in so, the home button don’t click screen works 3 months later but am getting tired of a stuck home button

The phrasing of the question is a little confusing, are there currently screws missing? I would also check out this article and see if that can fix it: iPhone 7 home button not working after screen replacement

Well the my gf’s iPhone 7 (we have th same phone) and my home button doesn’t click but hers does (should also say my home button does the unable to activate Touch ID).
