Can I change GPU and CPU

Socket wise, CPU can be changed to  latest Intel 9 gen. I’m not sure about GPU and the main question here is to know if the cpu and gpu is soldered to the motherboard.

# Processor Socket = No CPU socket. CPU soldered on motherboard.

I can only change the Wifi card, Disk and Ram, GPU and CPU are soldered to the MB. :-(

Hi,

Here’s a link to the service manual taken from this webpage.

Scroll to p.21 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the heatsink.

This should show you whether the GPU is removable or not.

Also not sure regarding the CPU as it is not mentioned as a removable component in the manual.
