I dropped my phone and it restarts every one minute?

I dropped my Iphone SE this morning. Since then it won’t charge and is stuck on 2% and it’s restarting every 30 seconds.

When i unplug it from charging it does not even work and is only stuck in the boot loop. So can’t connect to itunes. I have to put it on charge all the time and use it with it restarting every 30 seconds. Can anyone help me fix this problem??

You will need to open up the phone and carefully inspect the connections and the condition of the flexes. Sometimes a torn flex can cause boot loop conditions.

If everything looks good, then you may have an issue with the logic board such as cracked solder balls or dislodged components. This requires micro-soldering experience to repair and is not DIY.
