I accidentally dropped my phone a few times and the screen become unresponsive, the sides of the screen had become disconnected I tried to peel it of to fix it but couldn't because the bottom half was still attached
After that the screen also developed lines and is more disconnected
Is it possible for me to fix it?

Yup go ahead and follow the guide below and replace the screen
P.s it's a 5s or an se not a 5 so order the appropriate screen

How do I tell wether its a 5s, 5c or 5?
Look up the model number printed at the back or see if it says SE at the back if it says SE then it's an se if it doesn't say se then it's a 5s
