iPhone 7 No power or charging after screen replacement

Hello

First off thank you for taking your time to look at my question.

So I had a cracked iPhone 7 and bought the new screen from a trusted website, and did everything as I should of but after putting the new screen back on it had no power, wouldn’t charge, not connecting to iTunes and not resetting/restarting. So I’ve took it apart again and noticed a tiny rip in the home button ribbon cable. Would that affect the phone switching on or just the home button?

I’ve swapped it back to the old screen but still nothing?

Any help is appreciated.

Answer this question I have this problem too

The Touch ID and home button won’t work and you’ll have to use assistive touch. Only apple can fix it. Make sure you plug in all of the connectors the right way. Hold the power down for a while. Also make sure you didn’t accidentally disconnect the charging port.
