You need to contact iFixit directly about this. (Link provided) I don't believe they sell software but check with them. You can purchase Snow Leopard directly from Apple for $29 I( believe.

If your MacBook is a core 2 duo rather than a core duo, you might want to wait a week or so for The new OSX Lion to come out, it will be the same price, here's a look at it, and you will be able to download it: http://www.apple.com/macosx/
