Camera will not open up on iPhone 3G

I just repaired the iPhone 3G digitizer now the camera seems to be frozen... Is there any way to fix this... I click on the camera app and the camera never opens up, so now I can't take pics it just stays closed

Options

You probably either damaged the camera ribbon somehow, or just disconnected the camera from the board. remove the board and camera and reattach. Then re-insert both into the phone.
