3 of 4 TPN8R903NL mosfets have sources shorted to ground
Anyone has any idea what are the faulty components in this case and what else should I check?

The top power circuitry looks fine, however the 3 bottom circuits have lots of shorted pins to the ground.

Well, do you have the schematics?
afaik you need to remove the mosfet at a time to properly test it if it is shorted.

It's an xbox one, so no schematics unfortunately.
