TV Screen went Black but Sound is still ther


I have procured one TV from Toshiba authorized dealer in the year of 2014. There was no problem in my TV since its procurement.

But yesterday suddenly , the screen of the TV became back but I am listening the sound of respective channel. When I flash the light the pictures became visible lightly.

I'll glad if anyone from your company help me to solve the issue and provide me the service engineer details of following area to repair the TV.

this “When I flash the light the pictures became visible lightly. “ leads me to believe that this is a backlight issue. Shine a flashlight at an angle against the screen. If you can still make out what the TV is showing it’s a backlight issue. Now you would have to open the back of your TV and check the power board for the proper voltage to the LED’s. The possibility here are a. the power board. b. the mainboard. Let us know the exact model of your TV and post some good pictures of your boards with your question so we can see what you see.
