Why did the screen of my laptop turned black and white?

Hi everyone, I just encountered this problem on my windows 10 hp notebook laptop. I switched it on and now everything turned black and white. Now my screen looks like this(see pictures). How can i solve this problem.

Options

Settings > Personalization > Color > High contrast settings (under Related Settings) > set Apply color filter = OFF
