just changed it, thanks for the guide, but still cannot hear caller! What else could it be? Thanks Oh and caller can’t hear me either

Probably yet another faulty Audio IC, it seems this kind of fault is getting more and more common with bumped iPhones 7. I bet soon such fault will beat the iPhone 6 no service and the iPhone 6 Plus touch failure put together in numbers.
