An audio IC failure is always possible on the iPhone 7 but your symptoms don’t really correspond to the classic symptoms, which you find here: (How can I fix my phone when I make/receive calls & have trouble?)

Additionally, long boot times can be caused by a damaged or defective Home Button. So what happened to your device in the days/weeks leading up to this sudden appearance of the problem? Was is dropped, damaged, repaired or came into contact with water?

IMO, it sounds like your device has some water damage or was dropped but sometimes all it takes is one tiny component to fail to cause a litany if issues. You will probably need to have this device looked at by an experienced micro-solderer.

It could be a lot of things causing these symptoms but on top of the list I would suspect the audio ic. You can search for “iPhone 7 audio ic symptoms” if you like.

Based on what I read, your phone went into the bootloop. Boot loop is something where your phone tries to restart again and again but never manages to get past the apple logo. Its very easy to fix it but your data will be gone if you don’t have the backup. If you have backup, you can restore it easily after your phone turns on again.

Connect your phone to your desktop/laptop and turn itunes on. Then soft reset your Iphone by pressing “power on button and volume down button” together for few seconds and then leave power on/off button but keep pressing volume down button until your phone gets into recovery mode. Itunes will detect your phone and asks you to restore it.

Then hit “restore”. It will take a few minutes and it will factory reset your Iphone and your Iphone will start working normal again. Then when your Iphone is back, you can simply sign in to your Icloud and restore all your backed up data.
