Replaced screen but this is the screen I get
White and blue vertical lines
Ive damages something or something isn’t connected probably. Pls help

Inverter cable or graphics card issue. Guessing your graphics card was working with the old screen and you installed the flatband cable correctly the cable may have been damaged as pin layout on cable is identical for iPhone 5 to se (and the display frame is different so as yours fit this is certunot a Problem of wrong display type).
Try and disconnect the cable and rotating/ flipping the cable upside down before reinsert.

Screen looks cracked top right… replace the screen with another or try the original and see what u get…
Definitely dont turn the cable around
