iPhone has glitchy screen and gets stuck in reboot loop. Any ideas?

Phone has not been dropped. Battery was replaced a few months ago by Apple. iPhone started overheating and screen would glitch and turn off. I’ve DFU reset the phone 2 times. Now when I turn it on, it will startup normal, after after a few min, screen will glitch and phone will enter endless restart loop until battery is dead. Screen will continue to glitch (photo attached) during restart.

The first thing to try would be a replacement screen, if that doesn’t fix your problem, then I would suspect a logic board issue.

I've seen the same issue a couple of times, SOC gets scorching hot and screen looks like that after a while. Apparently no shorts on power supply rails but couldn't figure out exactly what's in play..I'd guess faulty PMU or internally shorted SOC.
