So I’m trying to purchase with the link you sent me and just wondering if my 2017 21.5 3ghz iMac has four ram slots ? Because I want to upgrade to 32 gb but the only option on that link is four 8gb chips

The nearest would be either Hong Kong or Taiwan.
You might find a shipping forwarder you can leverage to get it into mainland China.

I just read up on the shipping info for Ifixit, and you're right. No shipping to China mainland. I feel like an idiot, but hey, now I know.

Why would you buy stuff in iFixit in China? iFixit buys stuff from China then you buy stuff back from them?
Just buy parts from China directly, lose the middleman.

How can you answer a question with two more questions? I’ve searched for weeks to find one from a reputable source but as a foreigner it’s not as easy as you might assume
Easy, answer with rhetorical questions. If you are in China, find a Chinese friend to help you with online purchasing, saves a ton of money.
