What is this part? And What does it do?

Sadly during my removal of the screen this part came off with it. I want to know what it is so I can replace it.

That’s the wifi antenna.

There's one on each side I'm assuming their both antennas that work together?

@redport You're right, they serve signal amplification to two different frequencies, I can't tell exactly which is which but with one missing you lose signal to a full range of devices, you need both to be there in working condition.

from the looks of it iFixit only sells 1 and not the other. They sell the left but no right...?

Should be ok doesn't look like the antenna was ripped or the cable teared. That is the adhesive foam under it that had separated. You can use a bit of scotch tape to hold it down.
