Laptop won't connect to internet at all

This has been driving me insane all day. I went on my laptop this morning to just go about my day, but internet didn’t turn on. I turn the WiFi router off and on because I thought that may have been the problem, it didn’t fix it. I restarted my laptop, didn’t fix it. I then continued to go through several “fixes” online and none worked. I just completely reset my laptop and that didn’t work at all. I went into my network adapters and there is nothing there. I have no idea why this happened and it’s kinda driving me completely crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried verifying the wifi settings on your router? They could have changed with something like a software upgrade.

Go into BIOS and make sure Wi-Fi is turned on.

If this doesn’t fix it go into Control Panel, Device Manager, Network adapters and uninstall all of them. Shut down Windows/computer. Turn on and boot up. Let Windows discover the network adapters and re-install drivers.

If none of this works you may need to replace the Wi-Fi card inside. Search iFixit for the Repair Guide.
