Computer stuck in "auto repair"

When you power on the device, the marketing acer screen shows up, then the computer has a popup at the bottom that days “diagnosing your pc" then it adjusts and says “preparing automatic repair” then goes back to the diagnosing your pc screen again. All of the screens say this on the “acer. Explore beyond limits” screen. It doesnt even get to the sign-in page where you pick the user and put in passwords to sign-in. It strictly stays at this screen no matter what…

it appears as if your computer cannot access the OS. Get a bootable USB drive and set your BIOS to make it the first boot device. It should boot from that. If so, then it is most likely that you either have a bad hard drive or an issues with your OS which you may need to reinstall.

Of course you alway try this

D2D Recovery

The Acer Disk to Disk (D2D) recovery function allows you to use the recovery partition to troubleshoot your computer.

1. Restart the computer.

2. During POST, press F1 to access the BIOS Setup screen.

3. Press arrow right to select the Main menu.

4. Press srro down to select the D2D Recovery field and make sure it is set to Enabled.

5. Press F10 to save settings and close the BIOS Setup screen.

6. During POST, press Alt+F10 to enter the system recovery partition. This will display the eRecovery Management window.

7. Follow the onscreen instructions to return your computer to factory condition.
