How do I recover lost data without the help of backups

Due to having difficulties logging into Flickr app i was had to erase my device however I forgot to back it up to iCloud as it was going to be erased, I was hoping I’d recover the data if I restored from iCloud however I was unable to. If there are any third party apps that can help with this should I try it out to see if I’d recover the data from the 10th April to the morning of 17th April

Answer this question I have this problem too

If you erased the device, there is ZERO chance of recovering any data.

There will be spammers recommending data recovery software on this post, do not believe them, none will work.

Hey Tom, My buddy down by the docks has a sweet deal I give him 100 bucks and he keeps it!

Sadly, Tom is correct once you've deleted your stuff off of a flash drive within your iPhone or iPad there is no means to restore it.

Unlike a spinning HDD which marks the file blocks free but not altered the flash or SSD (which is just another kind of flash) resets the cells completely zeroing them.

The only way to recover lost data without the help of backups is using iOS Data Recovery. But if the lost data were overwritten, it’s impossible to recover them back. Please remember that.
