LG 42LW450U TV Water damage

Hi all. My tv was working fine until my daughter decide to splash it with water. I've switched it off and take cover off to dry it. Most of the water went down the screen onto 2 boards that are connected to a screen with ribbons. So I've dried everything and gently blow it with a hairdryer but no success.

Backlight and sound works fine but screen displays random vertical lines moving left and right.

I've noticed black residue on ribbon and socket on one of the screen boards (very narrow long one). Not sure if it's dirt or burned circuits? Anyway cleaned it off but didn't help.

I’ve attached photos of screen and socket which is still a bit black.

So would it be faulty screen/screen boards or t-con maybe?

Any help appreciated.
