PS4 disc ejection problem (Does NOT get completely stuck)

Every time I turn on my PS4, I go to remove the disc and the PS4 attempts to eject it, but it makes a loud clicking noise from the drive as if something it keeping it stuck. Then after a few short seconds, it’ll eject properly. I’ve reinserted and rejected a disc shortly after without no problem, this only occurs when I first turn on my PS4.

my attempt at trying to eject the disc, those small clicks are the problem I am asking about. This time it wasn’t as long of clicks but usually it’ll be a little longer and make it seem like something is keeping the disc stuck until it properly ejects.
