3D Touch is too much sensitive after changing screen
I changed the screen and now a 3D touch action gets activated with a simple touch

3D Touch gets affected by individual variances of the screen part, only Apple has proper tools to recalibrate. Your only hope is keep swapping screens until you find one that more or less works.

It’s the screen. The only ones that will work perfect everytime are original refurbished screens. Most resellers such as iFixit, Mobile Sentrix, Injured Gadgets and Mobile Defenders label these as premium. The average cost is 30 to 40 bucks.
