My keriug is a month old starting to make a lot of noise how can I fix

My keriug elite is 1 month old now it's making a lot of noise how can I fix this I have already exchanged 2 of them for different reasons

Hi @glenbub ,

What type of noise is it making?

Have you tried de-scaling the coffee maker to see if this reduces the noise.

Here’s a link to the user guide which shows how to do this. (scroll down to “Descaling your Brewer”)

If this doesn’t solve the problem or is unrelated to the noise, as it is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, make another claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
