Tv screen won’t turn off but standby light on
Hi.
so we were watching tv (Samsung) then I heard a small pop and the screen went black… audio continued, so I turned off the tv at the plug… left it for hours and no luck, so I also did the reset by holding the power button for 12 seconds and nothing.
i have taken off the back of the tv, would someone mind looking at the photos to see if there is anything noticeable?

Capacitors are looking good, but if you have got a multi meter device you should check if any of them is shorten. Best way to do this is to connect to the ground on PCB (some large metal plate) and touch on CircutDetector mode one and second pin of capacitor.
