when I turn it on the fan spins PS4 turns off

I'm having the same issue but when I turn it on the fan spins PS4 turns off I opened it turned it on while manually spinning the fan as well an putting a little pressure on the power supply now while I'm spinning the fan and the other thing it actually stays on but once I take pressure off of the power supply PS4 shuts off what can the issue be
