Where Can I Find Xbox One S Motherboard Schematics?

While Looking in my Xbox One S I found a near shattered capacitor on the board, but I don't know what to replace it with. Is there anywhere that I could find a boardview of the Xbox or something similar?

check the values in the capacitor itself. take note of the type of capacitor used.

The capacitor is labelled C9C20 on the motherboard but I'm not sure what that is denoting.
