Water damage, bad motherboard

I had water damage in my phone and it would not come up. I sent it or an "ultrasonic wash" but they came back and said that the motherboard was bad. I wanted to find out if I can buy the motherboard from somewhere?

For the price, you can just as easily buy a new phone.

I had the same problem, I checked on-line and the mother board alone is $760.00. buying a new phone is cheaper.
