Just replaced the top screen, but now the 3d isn't working properly

I have a feeling it is a defective screen, but I thought I might ask anyways. I just got everything together and found that the 3D felt very weird. Going into the built-in calibration menu didn’t fix it; I tuned it all the way to the maximum low end (-1.0, why is that the max?). Turning off super-stable 3D I discovered that it was actually off by half a step somehow. Could there be a problem with some of my connections? I visually checked them and they are all plugged in fully, and the right direction.

Answer this question I have this problem too
