Ipad Air won't update, frozen, and cannot be restarted
When trying to update the Ipad air, the screen is frozen to the “connect to itunes“ screen. What do I do?

Here are things you need to do:
- backup the iPad from iTunes.
- if it isn’t, then you could try to back it up from iCloud.
