What is required to replace keys that have stopped functioning?

Drink was spilt down the side of the keyboard, from tab to fn,

all other keys work fine, backlight has also stopped working aswell. Speaker, USB and other ports down the side are also in good working order.

- Full logic-board replacement?

Options

First I would follow the ifixit liquid spill guide and see where that leaves you. Your logic board should be OK but you may need to replace the top deck--you'll know more after following the guide.
