iPad won't charge reliably; Lightning connector bent

I’m fairly sure the Lightning connector on my iPad Mini 2 bent when it fell off the bed while charging. I can charge it if I pull up on the cable (toward the screen), but then it stops charging when I let go.

What’s the best way to remedy this? I think if I could get to the connector, I might be able to bend it back into shape, but I don’t know if that’s possible without removing the entire logic board. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this issue?

Answer this question I have this problem too

You will have to replace your charging port. For the meantime if you want to bend it back into shape use a non static tool like a Spudger and when you do that make sure your iPad is off.
