My 2ds is with the charger light on without being in the charger

when i put the battery in the 2ds it turns on the charger light without stay in the charger, and if i leave in this way it fades off, but if i leave without battery for hours and put it again it will back , what could it be?

you might have logic board damage, have you ever spilled anything on it?

Look inside the charge port is it damaged?
