The chromebook will not turn on

i have the cb3-532 acer chromeboob 15 model. the unit displays message os has 1% and turns off.

Does the power indicator light up when plugged into AC? Find this light typically next to where the charging port on the side of the chromebook is located. If not there is a likely a problem with the AC power supply or the charging port inside the chromebook.
