Anthony Kamau, the only thing on this that I can find is that it is a rarely encountered error, and there is not much documentation available for it. The name is PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED and it seems to be most often associated with a device driver or software compatibility issue. I am sure that this is also happening when you start in safemode. If you just installed a new piece of hard ware or software you might try an uninstall. You could also try to perform a repair with the Windows Installation CD. Go past the first repair option and get past the F8 selection and then to select Repair instead of installing Windows again. Otherwise you might just have to do a new install . Backup all of your files i.e. docs and pics etc. Good Luck.
