working properly but the screen is too dark

Hey hope you help me here. My MacBook Air model A1465serial C02W44P1GFWM is working properly but the screen is too dark. If I try to adjust brightness it not changing anything. If I try to press fn and f2. It’s shows that the brightness is at its max but still dark. I tried to reboot and even control option P and R at the same time but no change. Please help. If possible email me

You might have an issue with either your motherboard or with the display back-light itself.

Sometimes its the battery that went bad check your battery life.
