My Blu Studio Xl2 will not ring with incoming calls. Checked volume

I have turned all volume buttons up. Checked airplane mode. I can hear and receive text notifications with sound alerts. But the phone will only vibrate with incoming calls. And I can barely feel that unless I am actually holding it. Can you help?

What is the model number of the phone?

Did you try the Chosen Solution as described below, you didn't say?

Does the phone work OK when talking on calls in "loudspeaker" mode?

Hi,

Have you checked the ringtone setting, you didn’t say?

Go to Home > Settings > Sound and Notification > Ringtones and check that a ringtone is selected and that the “none” option is not selected.
