Sync button on Xbox one console broke off

The small piece on the side of my xbox one that is used to sync controllers snapped in half, broke off. Along with that issue, when it was able to be pushed it felt like a piece was missing behind it so really felt like i was pressing nothing at all. What can i do? Recently got it back to have hard drive replaced. Any way to fix? Or connect another way?
