Are you removing the screws to replace the LCD, if so you have two options

1. drill them out carefully. use a bit just big enough to take the head off the screw. to size it correctly, use a bit a hair bigger then the shaft of the screws that you already removed. Go a little at a time.

2. using a dremel with a jewler's etch, try to make a little groove in the screw and remove it with a flat bladed screw driver

If you are trying to save the LCD, you can use a screw-out, this will save the threads in the LCD from any damage but with destroy the screw.

On any option available, you are going to need new screws.

The screw holes are on a piece of sheet metal that is lightly glued to the back of the LCD. Ruining this is fine, it can be replaced.

What tool are you looking for? are you looking for a rotary tool, a drill, a screwdriver...

Was just looking for quality tools to fix a iPhone, a screwdriver and a drill

for screwdrivers, i highly recommend the 54 piece bit driver kit. for a drill, go to your local hardware store and ask them what never comes back. If tools go back all the time for replacement, then i would stay away from those.

I'm in Canada, so I migt not have the same available tools as you do. I know that I really trust Makita, but again, I don't know if you have access to it where you are.
