My xbox gives tiny little clicks only when idling

My xbox one s gives a tiny little click in a random amount of time and it is worrying me. This console already had its hard drive replaced a month ago and now this again.

I also put in a game disc to write and heard nothing but disk noise. Also when playing a game the HDD is silent. I only hear those clicks when on idle.
