Transplant ICs from heavily damaged board

Donor’s mainboard is badly damaged, so instead of throwing it i’d like to buy some locked board and swap ICs. As far as i know, i need to replace:

-CPU

-NAND

-Baseband

-Eeprom

I heard of “wifi unbinding” procedure during transplant. Is it necessary in case of IP6?

No, the WiFI issue is for the iPhone 6S and above. The iPhone 6 can be rebuilt by transplanting the IC’s you mention in your question. Don’t forget the Home Button if you want to retain Touch ID :>).
