Phone is not turning on. It just vibrating when I used to turn on. Bu

My phone got switched off. And now its not turning on. When I used to turn it on, its just vibrating and showing white display with android one. But not turning on. What should I do....

My mi a2 is a year old and the display keeps turning on and off. Even so I get to feel vibrations when I press the power button or when messages come in. The mobile rings as well when I dial my number from another mobile. Planning to take it to a sevice centre.

Options

You can try if the “recovery“ works.

  1. Hold Power & Volume Up until the screen shuts off
  2. Release both buttons and immediately press and hold them again
  3. Retry until you can see the “No command“ screen
  4. Just press them both a the same time once and for the least

There should be some options to choose from with:

  • Volume UP/DOWN
  • POWER to select

From here you can try to factory reset the phone which erases all user-data but can get rid of many problems…
