I am not able to transfer data and photo from my mobile (Moto Z2 play)

Actually the origin cable is damaged and when I use an other data cable , it dose not work,

whereas the same new data cable successfully transfer data with other mobile.

I think you can try wifi connecting to transfer data and photo from your mobile (Moto Z2 play). You just need an Android mobile manager tool. With its help, you can easily transfer data from your phone to pc via wifi connecting, such as contacts, text messages, call logs, photos, videos, and so on.
