MacBook becomes very hot randomly

Hi to everyone,

I have not found suitable answers to my question, so I try to ask. Since a little bit of time my macbook white (4 Gb Ram, Snow Leopard inside) becomes very hot and shuts down when it reaches 85°. It had started playing YouTube videos and then it propagated to others applications such as Microsoft Office or even iTunes. Sometimes I do nothing at all and the temperature rise.

I don't understand if it is software related or not.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

How long does it take for the computer to overheat and shut down? Can you hear the fan running? Have you replaced any internal components lately?
