TV turns off, when I turn it back on screen remains black with sound

After seconds, minutes, or after watching TV for awhile, the TV randomly Turns Off by itself; but when I try to turn it back on (most of the times) the TV comes On but the Screen remains black although the sound is ok. Sound is always there, but the screen only comes on when the TV comes on showing the LG logo, if I see a flush light when I turn it on the screen image will stay black… so when I see the LG Logo i celebrate!
