Why is there vertical color streaks running up and down

I dropped my phone on concrete and forgot it there and came back to get it and I think a car drove over it.

What is the condition of the phone? Probably the display is broken completely it means the touchscreen doesn’t work instead it appears some light and colors. You have to open the phone and see if the inner parts are fine first.

Options

If a car drove over your phone and ruined the display, then the screen may need to be replaced. If the phone’s inner circuitry was damaged by the impact, the entire phone may have to be replaced, as well.
