Alcohol got behind the Screen. Help!

Model of Macbook: 2016 MacBook Pro 15 inch Touch Bar 512gb

Hello everybody, recently I purchased a MacBook Pro from eBay with a keyboard with a few keys that don’t work. The Original owner tried to fix the non-working keyboard with rubbing alcohol and apparently got underneath the screen. I believe that it could dry out with some silica gel and putting it inside a container. Are there are way to fix this? I bought it for 1080 in total and honestly it was pretty much all the money I have. I know the keyboard should be replaced for free and I just hope that will be all the issues it has. Btw, the alcohol behind the screen isn’t really disturbing me but I am worried that the keyboard repair will just be denied if I submit it for repair in this condition. Can you guys please help me? Btw, I can technically still cancel the order but honestly I am unsure at the moment.

Don’t try a repair that you are not sure of, especially not try it for cheap with all the money you have.

Buying from shady internet seller certainly don’t help in this situation. Apple will reject the repair if any obvious liquid damage is present and I’m pretty sure the seller won’t be around at that moment.

I won't try to do the repair but I am wondering if Apple will do the repair for me if the screen still has discoloration like it has. Its only alcohol not any water or something.

The computer has liquid detectors in different parts. On the keyboard, there sure is one of them. As Tom says, Apple will not make the repair if it sees other problems and liquid damage is a very big one.

I'm not talking about your laptop being damaged by liquid, I'm just saying that if it has signs of that, Apple will not accept the repair even if it can show that it has nothing to do with it.

Bad purchase ... can you return?
