Where can I buy flex cable cover plates?

I bought an iPhone 4 to repair, but it is missing all of the miscellaneous internal cover plates, and associated screws. I need to purchase another flex cable cover plate for sure, but I cannot find one. Does anyone happen to know where I can buy one of these parts?
